1. Medical Disclaimer

Our platform provides online homeopathic medical consultations. Telemedicine is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital or contact your local emergency services immediately.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments are subject to doctor availability and confirmation.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
• The doctor reserves the right to cancel an appointment if they believe an in-person physical examination is strictly necessary for your condition.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payment for consultations must be completed before the video session begins. In the event that the doctor cancels the appointment, a full refund will be initiated. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or no-shows by the patient.

4. Prescriptions

Prescriptions are generated electronically based on the doctor's clinical judgment during the video consultation. It is the patient's responsibility to follow the prescribed dosage and advice. Dr. Bilal Meghreji is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by incorrect consumption or self-medication.

5. User Conduct

Patients are expected to behave respectfully during video consultations. Any abusive language, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate termination of the consultation and a ban from future services.
